Born in Khenchara Metn, raised in Beirut, trilingual in Arabic, English, and French.
Anis started as a real estate agent in many renowned, local and international companies which ended in 2007 by launching his own brokerage firm Nine Yards Real Estate and holds the position of Managing Director.
As one of the Top Producing Realtors in the market, and has been practicing for more than 20 years.
During this time Anis has closed many transactions working as a listing agent and a buyer representative which entails selling, buying, and renting residential and commercial properties.
In 2013 Anis received his appraisal certification from the Lebanese Government’s Ministry of Justice.
He was Accredited as a sworn appraiser by the Lebanese Court to evaluate subjects for several judges, and also received accreditation from many other private companies and banks.
The assortment between appraising and brokerage gave Anis a wide insight of the market, what - which helped him understand the needs of sellers and buyers. Today, more than 60% of his transactions come from referrals.
His accomplishments also include being a Founding Member of REAL – the Real Estate Syndicate of Lebanon which was founded in 2009. He also became a member of OREA – the Order of Real Estate Appraisers in Lebanon in 2013. In 2015 he went on to becoming a member of NAR – the National Association of Realtors in the United States.
