I, Anis Kfoury, am an affirmed appraiser and certified by the Lebanese Court working in partnership with my team.

We evaluate the needs of individuals and companies and give accurate assessments, though the 3 main methods of appraising which are the Market Comparison Approach, Replacement Cost Approach, and Income Capitalization Approach. This includes residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural real estate and vacant lands.
